Made New for Disciple Makers is a way to help new and seasoned believers live their purpose, position, and passion in Jesus by disciplining others with moments that challenge the heart, head, and hands. This devotional has 31 moments filled with opportunities to learn about God, lead a sibling to love God more, and dig into the Bible. Each moment can be done in 15 minutes or spread out over a couple of days. Each devotional includes a name of God to help with prayer, a multi-sentence meditative prayer tied to the scriptures for the moment, and guided opportunities to engage God deeply. This is a devotional with space for writing prayers, thoughts, action items, and a 12 point font for easy reading. Made New for Disciple Makers helps believers live in fellowship, freedom, and faith by encouraging them to guide at their own pace by regularly engaging, building community with New Believers in Christ, and drawing close to God in every moment. Made New for New Believers parallels the Disciple-Makers books. Both Made New series are 12 books long and grow both believers as they trust God and sharpen each other moment by moment.

Biographie:
Dave is currently serving as the Care and Counseling Pastor at Grace Community Church in Fulton, Maryland. His greatest passion in life is his relationship with God through Christ Jesus. Followed closely by his love for his wife, Talisa, and son, David. These two fires spurred Dr. Joseph to write both Pictures of Proverbs published in 2016 and 2020 and the Made New twelve book devotionals series for new believers and disciple-makers.Pictures of Proverbs were written to give every parent the ability to disciple their child in the way of God, the way of wisdom. Made New was written to journey with new believers through the Bible, Christ, and others. Each book includes 30 moments to encourage followers of Jesus to know who they are in Him. Made New for disciple-makers journeys with courageous believers as they share life with new believers.Dave's zeal for Christ began at a young age because of his mother's fervor for Jesus. Since deciding to yield his life to Jesus, Dave has learned that applying God's Words in his life is a large part of obedience, the task God has placed before him. His obedience out of love has resulted in an interesting life of completing the mission Christ left for His followers. Learning to help others is Dave's third devotion in life. His love for learning and his desire to lead others to this passion is part of why he does the work he does in his writing, Shepherding, and role as Dean.Dr. Joseph's love for God is genuine, and it pushes him to do Big things for his Big God.Before Grace Community Church, Dave planted Living Stones Church; Dave worked as the Minister of Family Life at The People's Community Baptist Church in Silver Spring, MD. Before this, Dave worked as a missionary in Northern Canada, Saskatchewan, for three years. Before that, he was a commercial banker for a couple of years after completing his undergraduate degree.Dave started his college career at the U. S. Naval Academy and transferred to the University of Maryland, where he received his bachelor's degree. He went to Liberty Theological Seminary and completed his Master's in Divinity and his Doctorate. He later attended the Capital Bible Seminary, where he received his Master's in Counseling.
