Résumé :
What Is Wrong With Me? A Journey Through Childhood Trauma, Inner Child Healing, and Emotional Awakening Anna has always carried the weight of her past , the childhood memories that shaped her, the family patterns she never asked for, and the emotional wounds she learned to live with. Like many adults who carry childhood adverse life events and childhood emotional neglect, she learned how to survive, not how to heal. Her inner voice , the voice of a forgotten inner child , quietly echoes the same question again and again: What is wrong with me? As she grows into adulthood, the pattern continues. She struggles to trust healthy relationships and gravitates toward familiar pain. Love becomes a reflection of her past: comforting when familiar, destructive when real. With every setback, every trigger, and every argument, she wonders if something is wrong with her. When one relationship turns abusive and hidden family secrets begin to surface, Anna is forced to confront the truth she has avoided for years. What unfolds is not just a story of suffering - it is the beginning of her journey toward understanding her emotional patterns and breaking her cycles. Readers are invited to walk beside Anna as she:Recognizes how early experiences shape her relationships Understand her brain wiring and automatic reactions to change them. Begins to rebuild her identity and choose a healthier future Told through the lens of a woman navigating adverse childhood experiences, this novel blends emotional storytelling with grounded psychological insight. It speaks to anyone who carries silent wounds, questions their worth, or struggles to understand their reactions, whether rooted in past trauma, family dysfunction, or learned emotional behaviors. For anyone who has whispered: Why am I like this? How do I break the cycle? Where do I even start? ? Start the journey today. Walk with Anna - and discover the parts of yourself you are finally ready to understand....
