Naim Kapucu, Ph.D., is Pegasus Professor of Public Administration and Policy and former Director of the School of Public Administration at the University of Central Florida (UCF). He is the founding director of the Center for Public and Nonprofit Management (CPNM) at UCF (2008-2011). He is also Joint faculty at the School of Politics, Security, and International Affairs and the Center for Resilient, Intelligent and Sustainable Energy Systems (RISES).
