As long as we are alive, we have the capacity to heal ourselves. We do not have to be victims to our present health challenges or genetics. With the right tools and support, many conditions can be reversed and resolved with diligence. This workbook is designed to give you a variety of tools that you can apply to any situation with the intention of learning how to work with your symptoms to restore balance and transform your health if you stay consistent in your practices. Each week a different topic will be presented with exercises to do. They are designed to work with the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual parts that make up who you are. It is important to create a clear vision in the very beginning of what healing you desire for yourself. You can do a section per week or take longer if you want to spend more time focusing on a particular exercise in the workbook. It is my hope that this workbook will be a catalyst for a new healing paradigm that focuses on the whole person with the intention of supporting the body's innate healing ability; recognizing the connection between body, mind, and spirit; restoring health and well-being; and transforming lives in the process. All the healing tools presented in this book were designed to empower you so you can create a healthier, more vibrant existence. It is your birthright to live a long and happy life. This workbook is not meant to replace traditional medicine or promote self-diagnosis. Rather, it is meant to give you the tools you need to facilitate true healing and start reclaiming your health. As long as you are alive, you have within you the power to restore your health and transform your life. By doing the exercises you will feel empowered to take better control of your health and your life to become a better, healthier version of yourself!
Biographie:
Mauree has been a healing presence in other people's lives for over 30 years. She is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, an Integrative Nutrition Certified Health Coach, a Certified Bioenergetic Practitioner, a Certified Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master, and the Author of Cracking Your Body's Code. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.She established the Center for Holistic Healing Arts for people who wanted to pursue safe, holistic, alternative healing strategies and needed a place to receive the support and guidance they were looking for. Mauree also offers customized individual and group coaching in person and virtually.
