A published author, Boston qualified marathoner, and World's Toughest Mudder qualifier, she is passionate about the breakthrough and helping others realize their potential. In addition to numerous credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, she refers to herself as a Professional Lover of Life!
