Biographie:
Veronique Windsor has been a cannabis connoisseur since the l970's. When she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, she turned to marijuana for relief from her symptoms. It worked beautifully. In order to save her lungs from any smoking damage, Veronique has perfected the art of baking with cannabis and making her own edibles. Her mission is to teach others and share her knowledge. This is her first cookbook. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, her son and their Australian Shepherd named Harley.
