Biographie:
Kate Scannell is the author of Immortal Wounds, the first in series of her Doctor Nora Kelly mysteries. She also wrote the memoir Death of the Good Doctor: Lessons from the Heart of the AIDS Epidemic, and the novel Flood Stage. She lives in Oakland where she also practiced medicine and wrote a regular opinion column for the Bay Area News Group.
