Named One of the Most Powerful and Influential Women in Illinois by the National Diversity Council, O'Brien is a renowned expert in Strategic Thinking, Leadership Development, and Relationship Selling. She is a recipient of the Dr. MLK Award for the Acceleration of Women in Leadership by the Illinois Commission on Diversity and Human Relations and a respected leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion with an emphasis on the advocacy of women in the workplace.
