Biographie:
Kristy Bussard is a Certified Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Personal Trainer who has been helping people change their lives for over 15 years by changing the way they think about food and exercise. At 47 years old, Kristy was struggling with her weight and feeling tired all the time. She decided it was time to look and feel the best in her life and it was time to start Now! She began a simple program of eating whole foods and consistent physical training and went on to do multiple Figure Competitions (National Physique Committee) winning Third and First Place. She did it! She was the fittest and the healthiest she had ever been in her life. Not by starving her body, but by eating healthy whole foods and exercising in a whole new way. This propelled her to begin a website called Kristyfitness.com back in 2010 to provide all types of wellness information in the form of videos, articles and even wellness programs. This book gives a very simple approach to eating healthy whole foods and giving up processed fake foods. Kristy informs the reader in this simple format that being healthy is a mind, body, and spirit endeavor. No matter what your challenge might be: you can get the look and life you want by making these Simple changes. Keep It Simple and you can do it too.
