Biographie: Ted Baker is George F. Farris Chair and Professor of Entrepreneurship at Rutgers Business School, Newark and New Brunswick, New Jersey, and Honorary Professor at the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business. Friederike Welter is President and Managing Director of the Institut f?r Mittelstandsforschung (IfM) Bonn, and holds a professorship at University of Siegen, Germany.
