Chris Kimball, SE, MCP, CBO, is Vice President of West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. (WC3), which provides third-party plan review services to jurisdictions throughout the United States. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in addition to being an ICC-certified Master Code Professional and Certified Building Official, and a certified fire code official. He obtained a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in structural engineering from Utah State University. Mr. Kimball has served as president of the Structural Engineers Association of Utah (SEAU) as well as president of the Beehive Chapter of the International Code Council.
