Biographie:
Shari LaRosa, LCSW, is a licensed clinical therapist, a proud wife, and mom to two college-age daughters. With an additional degree in elementary education, Shari blends her passion for helping others, experience teaching children, and love of animals and nature to expose young readers to mindful awareness in a creative fashion. She hopes to encourage open dialogue about anxiety so when children recognize symptoms of worry, there is greater comfort in disclosing their feelings with others they trust.
