Kenneth Grahame (1859-1932) was a Scottish-born writer best known for his enduring works of children's literature. Educated at St. Edward's School in Oxford, Grahame later pursued a career in banking while writing essays and stories in his spare time.His early works included The Golden Age and Dream Days, collections that captured the imaginative world of childhood.
