Due to the fact that people, companies and entire states are constantly trying to find the means to achieve maximum results with the least expenditure of time, material and other resources, in the second half of the 20th century such a trend as outsourcing was born. Any entrepreneurial activity is aimed at making a profit. However, on the way to profit there is a great number of risks. The main task of organizations is not to run away from these risks, but to foresee and assess them in order to manage them for a positive effect.It is impossible to avoid risks, but it is possible to create a business structure that will be most adapted to these risks.
