Résumé : The book is devoted to the analysis of the concept, properties, and causes of criminalisation of economic relations as a threat to the country's economic security. The boundaries of application of various instruments of decriminalization of the economic system are investigated. Bodies of internal affairs are considered as an institution of economic security of the country, proposals for improving the effectiveness of their activities in the system of countering the criminalization of economic relations are given. The provisions expressed in the book do not claim to be an absolute truth, but only encourage readers to discuss the issues raised in it, as well as justify the importance of a comprehensive study of the phenomenon of criminalization, the activities of internal affairs bodies in the system of countering criminalization, both from the perspective of economic security, and from the perspective of human development.

Biographie:
Grachev Alexander Vladimirovich, nacido en 1983 en Leningrado. Lugar de trabajo: Universidad de San Petersburgo del Ministerio del Interior de Rusia, Doctor en Econom?a, Capit?n de la Milicia. Galardonado con premios del Gobierno de San Petersburgo en el ?mbito de la actividad cient?fica y pedag?gica. Intereses de investigaci?n: seguridad econ?mica, criminalizaci?n de las relaciones econ?micas.
