Présentation Can The Elect Be Deceived de Nanci C. Nixon Format Broché
- Livre Littérature Générale
Résumé :
Can the Elect Be Deceived is not intended to ask a question, but to incite a vigilant stir in us. We can get so comfortable in our ceremonial, habitual routines and patterns that the subtleties of the enemy too often go unnoticed, and many times do not even occur to us until it's too late. The spirit of deception is rampant among us, and without keen discernment one can and will fall prey to the devourer. Deception mimics sincerity and is designed to look and sound good, and feel right. The imposter comes posing as the real McCoy, and oft times we are none the wiser. Even as a minister of the gospel, when deception came I did not recognize it. It did not come the usual way. It did not announce itself. It did not come as I would suspect--I did not have a clue that my deceiver was truly a wolf in sheep's clothing. So I tell my story to sound the alarm!...
Biographie:
Nanci C. Nixon is a licensed and ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. She is a graduate of Temple University , where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Theatre. After many years of being a resident actress and Annual Fund Coordinator for Freedom Theater in her native hometown of Philadelphia , PA she was invited to Los Angeles after being cast in a stage production as the leading lady. She would eventually make Los Angeles her home and planned to continue pursuing her acting career while working as a counselor/case manager for the Los Angeles Community Mental Health Department. Her plans drastically shifted after surrendering her life to Jesus Christ in a Sunday morning worship service. Called in the office of Teacher, Minister Nanci Nixon is a graduate of Crenshaw Christian Center's Ministry Training Institute in Los Angeles, CA and is a recipient of their Faculty Award for Excellence in Commitment and Leadership. Upon completing her studies she was indoctrinated into the Immediate Pastoral Support unit of the Ministerial Assistance Program where her service ranged from Teacher's assistant and prayer counselor, to teaching Discipleship and Fundamental classes. Minister Nixon has served as board member and Secretary of the Board of Directors for Hosanna Broadcasting Network...The Voice of Jesus Christ in Long Beach, CA. for the past five years. She is a former board member of Transformed By the Word Ministries in Scotts Hill, NC, and formerly served on the Elder board at Livingstone's Tabernacle in Hampstead , NC where she taught weekly bible studies with a strong focus on her passion....The Person of Holy Spirit...
