In the scriptures Ephesians 5: 21-29 the Bible tells us Wives, submit to your own husbands as unto the Lord v. 22, along with Ephesians 6: 1, Children, obey your parents in the Lord for this is right...My book is based on scriptures and the experiences I have had in life. I learned at the age of 31 when I moved back in with my parents to learn how to submit to them, which prepared me for learning how to submit to my own husband of 31 years but not without trial and error. God's mercy and forgiveness gives one hope to live by. I blended in the poems with the testimonies to help one to understand about Christ love. I pray this will encourage others to realize how important it is to obey God's word. His word comes with a promise, He will never leave us nor forsake us in our life's journey with Jesus....
Biographie:
Cinda has been writing Inspirational Poems after accepting Christ as her personal Savior in 1983 and started writing poems on different occasions for family and friends. Inspired by God's word, she wrote Inspirational Poems for church events starting in 1986. In this book called Obedience Rather Than Sacrifice, Cinda has written about situations that occurred in her life in being submissive to her parents and then to her husband by trial and error with the Scriptures as her foundation...In addition to the short autobiographies, she has included her poems that blend in with some of the topics, also a documentation on the Last Days and the coming of the Lord. So, sit back, relax and enjoy yourself as you take time with the Lord while you read poems that will give you His peace and stories that will encourage you in the Lord. Dedicated to the Lord's work in Sharing the Gospel of Christ....
