The unique geography of five valleys meeting at the town make the area a delight to visit, especially on market day when the place is buzzing with stalls, buskers and visitors.Here, Made in Stroud shop owner, Clare Honeyfield, brings to life the conversations she's had with the many wonderful and talented makers and artists of the ever-popular Stroud....
Biographie:
Clare Honeyfield is the owner of Made in Stroud and was a writer for Stroud Life, with a weekly column, 'Market Matters', covering local food and drink topics. She has also written for 'The Weekend Magazine' in 'The Citizen' and she was a contributor to 'Women of Spirit, Vol 2'. Clare co-founded The Made in Gloucestershire Shop, The Gloucestershire Association of Farmers' Markets, among many other things. Made in Stroud works with around 80 makers at any one time and Clare has been working with designer/makers for over 30 years....
