Like in Michelin guide, Steven Jenkins offer a wide tour of the cheese world. His opinion are very valuable. He will told you why his preference goes for French Emmental more than Swiss Emmental or why he did not like the soapy taste of Danish Blue. Valuable to know what a Newyorker cheese monger like - and why - but also what is available in US. Even if publish some years ago, it's THE reference book in States.
