Some stars might be even older than the universe. When certain stars are at the end of their life cycle, their energy is transformed in a supernova. Stardust from the supernova contain materials such as carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur and phosphorous; the building blocks of life. The ancient DNA of those stars is said to be imprinted in all of creation, including in the human body. The beauty and ancient power imbued in every individual is undeniable. Whether faith is in God, a higher power or takes a different form or no form at all, what is clear is the uniqueness and ancient power contained in every individual. All of our children are in fact stars and we should teach them to shine bright. This book helps children learn to affirm and meditate on thoughts of self-love, self-care, positivity and community. This encourages healthy emotional development as well as growth in self-confidence and creativity.
