Résumé :
A black but never bleak comedy about trainers, trading, and family pride, this novel reveals a world where one's reputation, clothes, and attitude are everything. Chris and his friends trade in half-price sweets, borrowed cigarettes, and favors for Graham, who has a police scanner in his living room for company. Chris' plans to meet Keely, the girl of his dreams, are put on hold when his buddy Zeb gets beaten up and wants revenge. Snowman is on the brink of something big, but the death of his grandmother is leaving something missing inside. And Kish regrets badly what he did and isn't the slightest bit surprised when the police knock at his door.
Biographie:
Matthew David Scott teaches English in Cardiff and has won several awards for his work in the theatre.
