Organizational analytics or HR analytics is the process of collecting and analyzing Human Resource (HR) data in order to improve an organization's workforce performance. The process can also be referred to as talent analytics, people analytics, or even workforce analytics. HR analytics is a methodology for creating insights on how investments in human capital assets contribute to the success of four principal outcomes: (a) generating revenue, (b) minimizing expenses, (c) mitigating risks, and (d) executing strategic plans. Dr. Reena Lenka is presently working as an Assistant Professor HR at Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Pune, Maharashtra. She has 10 years of teaching experience as HR faculty in different MBA institutes like Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune, and MITADT University, Pune. Dr. Reena Lenka is the Founder/Director of RL Consultancy and Training Institute, Pune, an ISO-9001-2015 certified institute, which provides qualitative Online Certified HR courses in HR Analytics, HR Generalist, Holistic HR, Employee Relationship Management, Performance Management and Statutory and Legal Compliances. She has 10 years of industrial experience as an HR person. She has published 8 HR-related papers in UGC Listed and Scopus Indexed Journals. Dr. Reena Lenka's educational qualifications include: Ph,D (HR), MBA (HR), PGBDM (Marketing) and B.Sc. (Bio-Science).
