He has extensive real-world experience from startup organizations to large Fortune 500 companies on design, implementation, and migration projects. BOB CLEMENTS specializes in enterprise device management. He holds industry certifications relating to client manageability and administration for Windows, Mac, and Linux. Bob has an extensive background in designing, implementing, and supporting device-management solutions for private- and public-sector companies. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, writing, and exploring new technologies. CHARLES PLUTA is a technical consultant and Microsoft Certified Trainer who has authored several certification exams, lab guides, and learner guides for various technology vendors. As a technical consultant, Charles has assisted small, medium, and large organizations in deploying and maintaining their IT infrastructure. He is also a speaker, staff member, or trainer at several large industry conferences every year. Charles has a degree in computer networking and holds over 25 industry certifications.
