        Biographie:
        Armed with firsthand knowledge of how hard it is to feed busy families healthy meals on top of all of life's other stressors, Dr. Janeth Cole set out to create something to help others. Inspired by her own family, and the desire to guide people in eliminating fatty, unhealthy foods from their diets, Janeth created the Simple Dr. Cole's Meal Plan. With the recipes in the book, people can have better food, on the table faster, and spend more time with their families and friends, and less time in the kitchen. When she isn't creating new recipes, Janeth loves spending time with her family, also known as her taste-testers. She lives in Milwaukee with her hubby, four kids, and their two dogs.
