Résumé :
The Desert Queen In 1921 Winston Churchill summoned the greatest experts on the Middle East to a conference in Egypt to determine the future of Mesopotamia. The conference included 39 men. And Gertrude Bell. A fascinating look at the woman -- mostly lost to history -- who helped draw the borders of modern-day Iraq and greatly influenced the political future of the middle east. Waiting for Vern Opening night of a new two-person play. Only one actor shows up. A comic ode to Waiting for Godot. Dickens in America An evening with Charles Dickens, adapted from his works and words. 1867. Charles Dickens, on his final speaking tour of the United States, muses on literature, life, career, and this young country called America.
