Remember, people come into your life to teach you a lesson. Their disappearance is the biggest lesson for you that they are not worthy of being in your life, not even for a single minute. Your energy does not match theirs. You should be glad that they left you. Learn how to say NO don't always say yes. Set boundaries, and find the positive in every situation, and remember to keep your mind in the present because you only have control of the present not the past.
