        She recently decided to turn her knowledge into a series of books so people around the world may benefit from it. Amanda has long been an admirer of clean living and has spent many years creating and developing a series of smoothie recipes comprised of the freshest, healthiest, and tastiest ingredients available.
        Her unique knowledge sets her apart from others in the field, because Amanda focuses on establishing proper nutrition while losing weight and getting healthy.
        When she finds the time, Amanda enjoys cooking different cuisines, has been known to sample a fine red wine from time to time, and spending time with friends and family.
