Dr. Samir Salahaddin Hamdi is the Head of Health Administration Department at Cihan University. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Um Darman University. Dr. Aram Massoudi is Business Administration lecturer at Cihan University, Erbil Iraq. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
