Biographie:
Ayanna Murray earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Oregon. Her first published book is Bear Learns to Share, co-authored and illustrated by her daughters, Anaya and Jayda Murray. Ayanna's other books include Keep Moving Forward, Henry! a story about her father's experience as one of the first African American firemen in her hometown of Eugene, Oregon. Ayanna has fond memories of her father's and husband's love for their daughters. She was inspired to write Fire-Lit Lovely: A Daddy And Daughter Love Story to celebrate these special relationships.
