Do you work with people involved in situations of change? If so, your professional and leadership skills are going to be needed. At the same time, the decisive element is whether and how those affected are able to become involved in new developments. This book shows how you can incorporate the promotion of change competence into your professional work. It is based on tried-and-tested key aspects of successful ways of handling change, as well as on current psychological and neurobiological findings on the importance of attitude and behaviour. It includes lots of suggestions for ways of transferring findings into very different practical contexts.
Biographie:
Dr. Sibylle Tobler besch?ftigt sich seit 1995 mit der Frage, was im Umgang mit Ver?nderung vorw?rtsf?hrt und wie Ver?nderungskompetenz gef?rdert werden kann. Sie hat zu dieser Thematik promoviert und vier B?cher publiziert. Als Gesch?ftsf?hrerin zweier Arbeitsintegrationsfirmen begleitete sie rund 400 Menschen in beruflicher Ver?nderung. Seit 2005 arbeitet sie in eigener Firma als Referentin und Beraterin mit Organisationen, F?hrungspersonen und Professionals, die Ver?nderungskompetenz f?rdern wollen. Sie ist Schweizerin, lebt in Den Haag (NL) und arbeitet im deutschsprachigen Raum.
