Mary Ann Stephens was born and raised on Long Island. As a young mother of three girls she followed her husband to Pittsburgh to further his career in the steel industry. She was an avid reader of romance novels and biographies. The book is a combination of both. She put her characters down on paper 10 years ago but got busy with life and death. She finally finished her book. Her husband was there for the inception of this novel but never got to see the finished product. This is her final gift to him because he was the one person in her life that believed in her abilities to accomplish anything she wanted to do. Mary Ann currently resides in Huntersville, NC....
