Golf professionals get to hear it all from success to failures. I've given lessons to Billionaires and discounted lessons to college golfers trying to get better. The one thing we all have in common on the golf course is our deepest insecurities and flaws come out on the opening tee shot. Your wallet size doesn't matter when you put the tee in the ground and the golf professional announces your name. Golf is the greatest game because you can play it all your life. I've never seen an eighty year old man play football or baseball, but you see it every day on the links. Chris Rowe is the Head Golf Professional at Whispering Pines Golf Club. He is a three-time Harvey Penick Teacher of the Year and Top 50 Kid teacher in the United States. Chris received a golf scholarship to East Central Oklahoma University after earning all-state honors. Chris started his professional career at Dornick Hills in Ardmore, Oklahoma and the moved to Fort Worth, Texas to work at historic Colonial Country Club. Chris has been the Head Professional at the #1 rated course in Texas, Whispering Pines Golf Club since 2004.
