Dr. Chanel Serano is a faith-based author, speaker, entrepreneur, influencer, blogger, and ministry leader based in Southern California. She is a solo parent and shares a home with her young adult son, Isaiah, and feisty German Shepherd. Dr. Serano has a master of arts, a doctor of education degree in counseling psychology, and is currently pursuing licensure. She has been in social services and the helping profession for over two decades and currently serves in a leadership capacity in the governmental sector. She also serves as a college instructor, teaching social sciences. And she leads a faith-based single mothers ministry, both within the church walls and within the community.
