      • Résumé :
George MacDonald's novel Thomas Wingfold, Curate is a gem ready to be enjoyed by new generations. Full of mystery and the seeking of answers to difficult questions, the story follows a young curate as he experiences challenges to his view of the world, an awakening of love, and inward struggles he had never before imagined. Set in Victorian England, this is a story of faith, romance, tragedy, repentance, forgiveness, and redemption. Readers will find inspiration in the curate's sermons, and poetry shared by the characters. Join Mr. Wingfold, his family and friends, as they experience both joy and sorrow in this classic story about life's most meaningful affairs. This unabridged, single-volume text features a new typesetting of MacDonald's original three-volume work....
