RUSS FRASE earned his MDiv at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his DMin at Luther Rice Seminary and authored Runways of the Heart. In 1998 he founded Joshua Nations, a teaching ministry reaching 65 nations. He passed away in 2021, after 53 years in ministry. www.JoshuaNations.org
