Biographie:
Michael van Walt van Praag practices and teaches International Law and International Relations and specializes in intrastate conflicts. He is a scholar of Tibetan and Inner Asian History. Miek Boltjes is a mediator and conflict resolution specialist who has worked extensively on intrastate conflicts. Both authors mediate in peace processes worldwide and have an intimate knowledge of the Sino-Tibetan conflict.
