      Nancy Stancill is the author of two mystery novels, Saving Texas and Winning Texas, and a retired investigative journalist with the Houston Chronicle and Charlotte (NC) Observer. She's a journalism graduate of the University of North Carolina and holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Tampa. She lives in Charlotte with her husband....
