A Baal Tekiah for 30+ years, ARTHUR L. FINKLE supervised religious school activities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A Phi Beta Kappa, he graduated from The Wharton Graduate School. Fostered by the New Jersey Courts as a mediator, he is a Chair of the Workplace Section, Association for Conflict Resolution....
