My name is Sarah, I'm 36 years old and I used to think that myself. But after my grandmother passed away, I found her notes and designs and decided one day to give it a go: from boring and difficult, crocheting became exciting and relaxing. From that moment, just using a hook and a yarn, I started to put my hectic life in order, one loop at a time.
I am always a very active woman, divided between my work and my daughter, but crochet is also part of my life. Now I teach adults and children how to continue an ancient, but still current, tradition that hides unexpected benefits that can make our lives really better.
What do I mean ? Let me give you a simple example:
before going to bed, crocheting helps you relax and give you a deep and restful sleep, or keeps your hands busy and off the junk food while watching television.
