She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a passion for promoting positive mental health. As a mother and grandmother to multiracial children and grandchildren and an advocate for social justice and equality, she began writing books to increase the representation of multiracial children and to highlight their internal and external beauty and promote self-love.
