Résumé :
Two middle-aged businessmen meet for drinks one night at an Italian restaurant in Denver - a place which used to be owned by the mob. The year is 2016. It's February, the Broncos have just won their third Super Bowl, and all of downtown is in the midst of an urban renewal movement, with 'millennials' flocking to the Mile High City in droves. The two are coworkers, with one facing the tail end of a disappointing sales career, and the other is a man with a rather sinister past. As the night progresses, the liquor flows and many tales are told - some of which might be better off kept a secret. By the end of the night, one of them will be dead, and the other fearing his friend's killers will come for him next.

Biographie:
King Everett Medlin lives with his wife, Caroline, in Denver, Colorado. Malocchio follows closely on the heels of his highly-entertaining romantic suspense novel The Chippy. Malocchio was written during the summer of 2017 using stories gleaned from interviews with a 'retired' Mafioso. King also writes science fiction and has recently published the first installment of a new trilogy entitled, Brynn of Ur.
