Her fictional column 'History of the World in 100 Modern Objects' first appeared in the Sunday Times Style magazine in 2013 and ran for two years, later becoming a book.
Her first novel Seven Days of Us was a Radio 2 Book Club pick and longlisted for The Desmond Elliott Prize. She is also the author of the gift and humour book Worry With Mother.
