Pemphigus is an autoimmune disease that causes blistering of the skin and oral cavity. Being a disorder with vesiculobullous lesions it closely mimics various other disorders of same category. So its important to have thorough descriptive and updated knowledge of the disorder to help in clinical diagnosis which will further guide through proper investigative stage, and hence final diagnosis. This booklet gives in detail description of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, investigative findings and management.
