Whoever reads the guide enters the holistic world, learns about the possibilities offered. The descriptions are simple and within everyone's reach. This book was also born with a supportive purpose. Part of the proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization that takes care of poor children with social distress. Thanks to those who will promote the cause.

Biographie:
Meghan Mayers, A holistic naturopath-researcher against discomfort and stress trauma, writer and columnist. She is ascribed to the Professional Naturopaths Register. Multisensory communication and NDP are its initial training. Wellness has been a topic that has been dealing for thirty years, since 2007 she deals with research on the relationship between stress, trauma in adults and children and psycho-holistic health.
