The realization of this guide was born from Meghan's experience of awareness of the consequences, in terms of damage, caused by stress and trauma. Stress and trauma, in fact, work within us in a silent way and can manifest themselves even after many years. Covid-19 has generated stress in all of us. In some, even more or less serious trauma. The repercussions are subjective according to age, experience and other personal particularities. Priority has been given to limiting its spread, but the serious repercussions on the mental health of healthy people have not been taken into account. The subsequent economic pandemic also aggravates the mental health of people in good condition and families. There is no quick cure, but if a person is psychologically debilitated because of concerns, he or she is unable to see any other way. The Reboot suggests ways to restore our psychophysical and vital balance, so that we can be able to see what changes are positive and useful in our lives. Whoever reads the guide enters the holistic world, learns about the possibilities offered. The descriptions are simple and within everyone's reach. This book was also born with a supportive purpose. Part of the proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization that takes care of poor children with social distress. Thanks to those who will promote the cause.
Biographie:
Meghan Mayers, A holistic naturopath-researcher against discomfort and stress trauma, writer and columnist. She is ascribed to the Professional Naturopaths Register. Multisensory communication and NDP are its initial training. Wellness has been a topic that has been dealing for thirty years, since 2007 she deals with research on the relationship between stress, trauma in adults and children and psycho-holistic health.
