Un ouvrage écrit avec une grande sensibilité décrivant, mois après mois que composent une année, l'environnement ses changements (conditions météorologiques, variation de la nature sous un climat tempéré l'évolution avec de la flore et de la faune) et son influence sur le comportement humain (dynamisme ou langueur, émotion positive ou négative, ....). Une belle façon de reprendre conscience de l'environnement d'accepter ses propres faiblesses, de faire le point pendant cette période d'hivernage et de mieux repartir.
Aux âmes sensibles, chaque relecture de cet ouvrage vous permettra un enrichissement itératif et ce en toute simplicité.
