When a college sweetheart used Ginny Cline's dreams for his own glory, he stole her joy of composing music and her trust in men. Years later, encouraged by prayer and a chance to help the local museum, she dares to share her talents again. Unfortunately a financial backer forces her to place her music and trust into the hands of another man. Theater professor Scott Hallmark's summer camp benefactor coerces him into becoming the director of Ginny's musical. The last thing he needs is another woman who uses him to get what they want, especially an amateur who has no idea what they are doing. As Ginny's interest in Scott grows, her confusion arises over Honey, a member of Scott's praise band. Biographie:
Bettie Boswell has always loved to read, compose, and write. That interest helped her create musicals for both church and the schools where she taught. Eventually she decided to write and illustrate stories to share with the world. Her writing interests extend from children to adult and from fiction to non-fiction. Free to Love is a prequel to her first novel, On Cue. In addition to writing novels, she has written other works including leveled readers, magazine articles, and contributions to lesson plan collections, devotionals, and short story anthologies. She is a minister's wife, church musician, mother of two grown men, and a grandma. She loves the arts and shares her doodles, and photography from her daily walks, on social media....

Bettie Boswell is an author, illustrator, and composer for both Christian and children's markets. From high school onward, she has loved creating words and music to enrich the lives of others. It all started with skits for her church youth group, which led to involvement in Christian camp skits and worship songs. As a minister's wife she shares her talents with her church as pianist and choir director. When she isn't writing, drawing or composing, she keeps busy with her day job, teaching at the elementary level in northwest Ohio. Her numerous musicals have been performed at schools, churches, and two community theater events. Her involvement with community musicals inspired her to write On Cue. Like Ginny and Scott, she and her husband have had basset hounds and Chihuahuas for pets. Currently, they are owned by one tuxedo cat. They enjoy spending time with their two grown sons, a daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren....
