Biographie:
Jane Drummond (1925 - 2004) was born in Kent in 1925, the daughter of the actress Pauline Chase, who had been famous in her role as Peter Pan. Evacuated during the war, Jane became something of a gypsy and an adventurer. She brought up her family in the U.S. and in England, then she set out solo to make a life in a remote part of France. After many years there, she came to live in Tasmania, where she spent the rest of her days. She has also written short stories and poetry.
