Biographie:
Love is my first language.
I am the proud mama of a 2014 NICU graduate. As a registered clinical counsellor, my private practice focuses on self-care and treating and relieving the symptoms of trauma. Recognizing the trauma that NICU stays can create, I have turned my 11 years of trauma therapy experience into building community and resources for NICU graduate families.
I am an author, speaker and guest blogger on the topic.
