Biographie: Susan Horner was formerly Associate Professor of Hospitality, Tourism and Events Management at Plymouth University, UK. She previously lectured at Bournemouth University, C?sar Ritz Colleges, Switzerland, and Sheffield Hallam University. John Swarbrooke was formerly Professor of Tourism at the University of Plymouth, Head of Tourism, Hospitality and Events at Manchester Metropolitan University, Academic Director of C?sar Ritz Colleges, Switzerland, and Director of the Centre for International Tourism Research at Sheffield Hallam University.
